Refund Policy

Full refund on or before January 1, 2016.
50% refund between January 1 - 15, 2016.
No refund for cancellations or no-shows after January 15, 2016.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to eventregistrations@bmctoday.com for consideration.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have secured a block of rooms at the Ritz-Carlton, Cancun over the meeting dates of January 29 – February 2, 2016 at the group meeting rates below. These group meeting rates are also being offered to our meeting attendees three (3) days pre- and post-meeting based on availability at the time of your request. Please note, there are limited quantities of each room category and all reservation requests are based on availability at the time of your booking. As our discounted group meeting rate room block sells out every year we strongly encourage you to book early in order to take advantage of our group meeting rate over your requested dates.

NOTE: The Club Level Room categories below are very limited in quantity and based on availability at the time of your request.

Ocean View and Ocean Front Rooms:

Ocean View Room at $319/night plus applicable taxes/service charges

Ocean Front Room at $349/night plus applicable taxes/service charges

Ocean Front Suite at $489/night plus applicable taxes/service charges

Club Level Rooms:

Club Level Ocean View Room at $579/night plus applicable taxes/service charges*

Club Level Ocean Front Room at $639/night plus applicable taxes/service charges*

Club Level Ocean View Suite $779/night plus applicable taxes/service charges

Club Level Ocean Front Suite $799/night plus applicable taxes/service charges

You may reserve your accommodations at this time by calling the Ritz-Carlton, Cancun directly at (877) 240-2492, referencing the “2016 ACES/SEE Caribbean Eye Meeting” in order to take advantage of our group meeting room rates. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Your reservation must be received by Tuesday, December 29, 2015. After this date, the hotel will release all remaining rooms at that time for general sale and is no longer obligated to honor our group meeting rate. The hotel will determine if it can accept any further reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the group meeting rate.

Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to your arrival date with no charge. Any cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of 1 night's room and tax charge to the credit card provided as a guarantee for any cancellations. .

If you should experience any difficulty in booking your room at the group meeting rate after contacting the Ritz-Carlton Cancun, or if you have any questions, please contact Sarah Rimmele at srimmele@bmctoday.com who will assist with your booking by further researching your request with the hotel. Please be advised if the group rate is not available for the room category and dates you are requesting at the time of your booking because the requested room category/dates are sold out, you will need to book at a different room category and/or revise your dates as necessary depending on remaining room availability at group meeting rates at the time of your booking.

By registering to attend this meeting you understand and consent that your image or voice may be digitally captured/recorded in conjunction with the digital audio and/or video recording of the meeting and meeting educational content as well as via digital photography that may be arranged by or on behalf of the Caribbean Eye Meeting.
